LARS cooperates and is a part of several different organizations. We are associated with Akademiska Föreningen which is a part of Studentlund.

Part of the Swedish Sports Confederation whose mission is to lead, educate and support sports activities. Our collaboration creates many opportunities and training for us as an association. Read more here.

We work closely with the riding school Lunds Civilia Ryttarförening (LCR). Thanks to LCR, we have the opportunity to arrange our lessons, fika, courses, cups and more. Read more here.

We are also members of the Swedish Academic Sports Confederation (SAIF), an association that coordinates Swedish student sports at national and international level. Read more here.

We have a long-standing collaboration with the Lund Academic Officers' Society (LAOS). Once a semester we organize the LARSLAOS ball together, and have done so since time immemorial. Read more here.

A newer, but so welcome, collaboration is with Lund's Academic Rugby Club (LARC). Hear me out sittning, oktoberfest, pub crawls, try rugby, you name it! You never know what the next event will be.

The Swedish Academic Equestrian Association (SAR) is the umbrella organization for all student equestrian associations in Sweden. SAR coordinates

Swedish Student Championships and other activities with Sweden's student riders. SAR also includes a National Representative who handles international student equestrian competitions. Read more here.

AIEC, Association Internationale des Etudiants Cavaliers, or World University Equestrian Federation is the international equivalent of SAR. They coordinate student riders worldwide and coordinate international student equestrian competitions, SRNC and World Finals. Read more here.

In Sweden there are a total of 6 student equestrian associations, LARS (Lund), LARK (Linköping), GARS (Gothenburg), SSEC (Stockholm), UARK (Uppsala), ARKUM (Umeå). These associations together form the basis of SAR. Every year, riders from each association meet in the Swedish Student Championships, where Sweden's best student riders and student riders' association are crowned in both dressage and jumping!
