We believe that community and joy grow out of security. Therefore, we take all forms of harassment, offensive behavior and discrimination very seriously – both in the stables, at our events and other LARS events.

In our association, there is zero tolerance for

• Abusive comments, jokes, or behavior
• Unwanted physical contact or advances
• Exclusion, bullying or rumors
• Ill-treatment due to ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion or disability
